Triple Nickel and then some

It’s very cold in St. Louis!
To cut to the chase:  Weighed in with Martha on Monday: 307.2 lbs. – down 55.5 – triple nickel. Then on Tuesday weighted in at the “Y” Weight Challenge: 305. Why the difference?  Could be a couple of things, time of day, meal and/or water consumption, etc. So it’s going slowly but surely.
I expect (and certainly hope) to do much better next week.
I’m working hard, I feel good, Life is great. I miss my family, parish and all my friends. Keep me in your prayers and, by all means, keep those cards and letters coming!  God is good!

We have missed you dearly, but know the suffering will pay off in the end. You will be healthy and here to marry off our kids and there kids, and there kids and well you get the picture! We love ya!

  3. Happy Valentines Day Padre Dennis,
Larry and I pray, think and talk about you and your successes all the time. Didn't know I could blog it until tonight. You have inspired Larry to work our everyday at home and me to do Zumba and water aerobics at the club.
Miss you lots, but you are doing your best work right where you are.
    Congratulations!
    Love, Larry and Joyce Anderson
