I weighed-in today with Martha for the first time since before Christmas. I weighed 312.1 lbs. Which means since I entered the program I have lost 50.6 lbs. that I am no longer carrying around. My friends, that’s over 50 pounds of ugly lard!
That is quite an amazing milestone, Father!! Congratulations on all your hard work and persistance!! You must be feeling immensely better!
The sacks of feed we get for our chickens weigh fifty pounds. I can barely lift them (i'm such a girl.) :) I can only imagine what it will feel like when i can say that that i **used to** carry around fifty pounds.
Father Day---I just love your wit---the lard analogy is priceless! What an accomplishment! This is no easy feat and yet the reward far exceeds the pain. You are in my daily prayers!
Hi Father Day, Tried to post from the Andersons but think I am too computer illiterate. Trying again but all of our positive thoughts and prayers have been with your success and committment. It is SOOOOO very hard to even lose one pound and keep it off for a week let alone lots of lbs. 60 is HUGE!! As much as our 3 grandkids!!! Keep it up and come home healthy. No more twice baked potatoes!!! Love, Larry and Joyce Anderson
Hey there, I think it worked! Larry has been working out hard for 2 months. Going for a total knee replacement Mar 15. You can rehab together and I will try and cook in a healthy manner. Love, Joyce Anderson
Wow!!! I am amazed by your progress. Congratulations! Keep up the great work!
