Have a heart; say a prayer!

Today's the day I have my heart catheterization at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene. I'll be leaving in just a few minutes.
The clerk who called me with final instructions yesterday, informed me -- somewhat inelegantly -- that it involved "puncturing your (my!) groin."
Ahh, the indignities of getting older!
Keep me in your prayers today and always!
And always remember me as loving you!
Blessings!

  2. As always, dear Father, you are in our prayers. May they find nothing or something very minor which can be fixed quickly. We love you, Father.

  3. Been there, done that: it's an amazing procedure and you may be allowed to be conscious through it so that you can watch the procedure on TV. 25 years since mine. Keep a copy in your wallet. Low-fat diet, exercise, and pray! I'm praying for you, brother.
