Monday Results

First, nothing definitive from the stress test. My doctor said she'd know by Tuesday morning. She said that while the report was in dictation, if there had been something seriously wrong, the heart clinic would have called her. So I'm waiting one more day! I'll let you know what I know ASAP. Thank you so much for those prayers and messages of support and encouragement. I am deeply appreciative!

Secondly, today's weigh-in: 345.9 lbs. down 3 lbs. this week for a total loss of 16.8 lbs! Martha my dietician says that's normal for the program. I continue to grow in the right direction!

Notre Dame de La Salette - I'll be telling you more about the La Salette Fathers and Brothers. Look for it!

  1. You have been on my mind and in my prayers all weekend! I checked this blog a couple of times today and so I am thankful tonight to see that so far, so good....the prayers are continuing!
I will look forward to what you have to say about the LaSalette priests and sisters! Our Lady of LaSalette''s feast day was Sept. 19---what she had to say reads like a description of what has happened these past few decades...rather frightening!
God bless you, Father Day! and yeah! 3 more pounds!!!

  2. You have been on my mind all weekend. I was somewhat relived when I read your Friday PM post on Sunday and been looking for an update today, Congrats on your 3 lbs loss, I believe that they somehow floated over here with all the wonderful food that was served, and Paula outdid herself again, I think I may have found that 3 lbs.
I will continue to keep you in my prayers.
    God Bless

  3. Way to go Padre! Just keep up the good work! This place LOOKS like a stress relief! Amazing... would love to see some pics around the grounds, I'll bet that is just as beautiful. Luv ya, miss ya!

  4. Fred is working out and motivated to keep in shape, just think of how many people will follow your example and take a second look at what they do and how they eat.

Very happy about the slow test results...all must be OK

We will be checking on you daily

  5. I'm sending you a Marine drill sargent in the morning ! His job is to eat the donuts for you! Take care see you thinner
